Worked in the enterainment & security industry for many years. Wrestled professionally for several years. Was probably the most hated, dirtiest, cheatenest wrestler in the business! A legend, so says from many fans whom i do not know! Currently am retired, caring for my ailing wife since her stroke & serious head injury as a result. Hey this mod looks amazing, just having problems getting it started, I am playing soulstorm via steam, I have unzipped the folder to /soulstorm , moved the .module also into /soulstorm .. but when i try to start the mod from the game managed in ss i get the message 'failed to activate requested game' any suggestions?
Sorry to respond so late to this comments section (didn't notice this til now!). Appears Steam is set up differently to play games & mods. Normally going out & buying a game from the local retailer is better & less hassle than down loading from the internet. I heard that there is a work around for Steam games & mods and i am not familiar with that process. Maybe try Google or ask somebody for help on that subject and perhaps post it here for others to know in case.

hey I don't have the tyranids mod and I still want to play the epic legions mod... is tyranids required to play it? Because everytime I go to start the mod it says failed to activate, any suggestions?
What you could do is use the non-Tyranid module. If you have Notepad, you could go into the module & delete the Tyranids line & re-number it properly. You may or may not need the Object_Points_SS & its module if you dont use any other mods as a combiner.
Why dont you DL the Tyranids mod? Its an exciting race & our mod offers you a much a deadlier Trygon as well Bio-Titan Spores as a side treat!
