War of the Worlds is a modification for Valve Software's Half Life 2. This modification is based upon the Novel by H.G Wells. The Mod takes place at the turn of the 19th Century in Victorian Surrey, England where Martians invade. You play a man who has a normal life who finds himself caught up in the invasion, watching his world around him fall apart at the hands of the Martians. The Narrative is told in a unique way that no mod or even commercial game has ever done before, which we are keeping very close to our chests and not revealing until very close the release of the mod.

One little hint for psoting news though ..
DONT USE FRONTPAGE/DREAMWEAVER TO MAKE IT.. and then copy the HTML here.. It just dont work :p And the only reason I modified it for you is because its a sweet model ;)

Model looks good fellas, but you may want to spend some time researching your mods. You may want to check out www.e6studios.com, epiphany 6 studios is a developer that has been publically working on The War of the Worlds for quite some time now. You may want to chcek that out before working too hard on this title. There may be some legal issues involved.
Yeah I am sure this will be an issue. And I am sure they and/or their publisher will be in contact with you shortly. They have been working on this for some time now in the public’s eye. It has been getting quite a bit of buzz around other parts of the world. (out side of the US). But you should really look at Epiphany 6 Studios before you do much more work.
