Project 571 was a codename given to the alleged coup d'etat plot against Chairman Mao in 1971. I recall my high school history textbook describing a part of the plot as "using flamethrowers to ambush Mao's train".
The so called project failed shortly and led to Lin Biao's attempt to flee China in a jet fighter, which was later found crashed together with Lin's charred corpse in Mongolia.
Perhaps this is why the tank is designed to be able to project some seemingly kamekaze fighters.
How does it actually attack?
Throwing many small planes to enemies, planes can be intercepted by AA Power.
They make aircrash, that means these planes act like the Kamikazes.
Land-based aircraft carrier?
Awww... It looks so cute throwing those planes! :3

They should also be able to throw flames though:)
