General list of what this mod does:
- Increased max amount of outposts the hard/expert Axis AI will create
- The 88mm is buildable by an allied engineer and spawns with an Allied crew
- Increased Max zoom out
- Slightly increased Axis rocket barrage cost
- Lengthened some death sequences (vehicles especially)
- Doubled amount of disabled vehicles
- Engineers and snipers now have grenade ability
- 57mm now repairable
- Increased Manpower Point generation
- Increased Munition Point generation
- Increased Fuel Point generation
- Resource points give higher Population cap
- Adjusted some unit costs (Mostly decreased Allied costs)
- Adjusted Allied weapon accuracy - most weapon accuracies set very high
- Yellow Zone damage changed from 95% to 90% - all players
- Allies get Tank Heal Ability from start
- Allies get Howitzer Shoot Ability from start
- Allies get Tiger tank build choice
- Some Ally building/unit costs reduced
- Some squad sizes increased (Engineer (5), Sniper (2) and more)
- Decreased sniper reinforcement time
- 88mm now repairable
