I would suggest adding a TC band to the bracers.

I agree with Kam, this definitely needs more team color. Also it's horn seems to be sticking into the totem and from this angle it looks like the profile is totally different. (But for that last bit, I'll wait to actually see it in-game if it's different or not)
The horn is broken, so it's not sticking into the totem.
Horn? What horn? It's broken off. Either the character did it for practicality reasons, or he just broke it off when swinging that totem
