This is a shot from the Day version of Saigon Hospital.
Nice but looks to much to the map that's in the orign game :/
Go and play it is my advice (the night version is on both beta servers) - It looks but doesnt play the same!
I agree that it plays nothing like the original map. And I mean that in a good way.
