Victoria Universalis: Vic2 in EU3 - Release 2.0 [UNSTABLE] [EXPERIMENTAL] file

WARNING: This version is the EXPERIMENTAL, buggy, and incomplete latest version of Victoria Universalis. There is an extreme amount of content added from the first version, as well as countless upgrades and new systems and scripts.

I kept adding new features and planned to try and finish it up, but every time I added one new feature, another new feature revealed itself to me.

Since I'm going to be dedicating most of my time to my new March of the Eagles project, I decided to post the in-development experimental version of Victoria Universalis for anyone to play. It works fine, however:

1. No colonization: Colonization isn't added yet, at least no colonization for empty lands

2. No AI uncivilized nations gradually becoming civilized, as it wasn't coded in yet

3. A buggy new taxation system is interwoven into the now quite complex economy, and it's not balanced. Maybe there's an easy way to cheese it. The whole coaxing political parties to gradually change the tax rate in your favour also hasn't been added yet, so the only way for it to change is by manually changing the slider

4. Probably loads of other unbalanced stuff that hasn't received TLC and polish yet
