A large script mod that adds new missions, features, mechanics, etc. to Vice City
This mod gives a really nice and new experience to a fellow GTA: VC lover. It is not extremely hard and not super easy, well-balanced overall. You can exploit those sweet % chance not to get hit with a bullet from outfit and drug to have higher chances of survival in gun fights which take a lot of gameplay time, a lot of enemy, all type of guns, awesome missions! I really loved the cellphone feature and RPG-like accessory feature too. The start of the mod with so little money and no understanding of where to go, what to do first, what business to conquer first was a bit stressful, but later it becomes less relevant and you have plenty of options just to play the way you like. This is truly one of the best global change mod to GTA: VC, loved it a lot!
Axirion is a beautiful man and I love him for blessing me with this magnificent work of art.
