Description
The national flag.
The Venetian influence should be obvious, and the Lion is referenced both by the Celestial Lion being a discounted pretender and by the Winged Lion summon.
For a while I considered using a flag based on Genua instead - white with a red cross, and maybe some gold circles added to represent coins - but some found it too generic.
