As you know now there is active research and development of modding for Grand Theft Auto IV.
On the one hand to keep up with technology, and the other to complete the project, and the final version on the engine, GTA San Andreas has at least one year.
So I decided to please fans and a little closer to the summer release as a mini-mod of the cities of the project.
Its convenient location allows you to use it in the original game as an additional fourthcity-island.
