The past two weeks have been very busy for truepaint we have been rusing to finish up a playable demo for paintball company sponsorship and we are happy o say it went well. We have been working on 2 new maps and upping the graphics of our game. We have decided to spend about 3 months completely rebuilding the backend of the quake 3 engine to better improve our graphics. We will be implementing many upgrades such as normal mapping, per pixel lighting, sky portals, converting the engine from c to c++ and making our maps in maya which allows us to do what ever we want in the ways of maps. We are shooting for an engine with graphics similar to those of the fear engine. We have also completed video diary#4 which will walk you through the demo and showcase some of the stuff we have been working on.
