- Updated for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion v1.86 and v1.87_beta. (In fact, the only change is the text description for tech "Truce Among Rogues").
- Fix: Removed the rare Mad Vasari Titan random event in NoTitans and NoTitansSupweapons. (The titan in the Occupied Planet is not removed.)
