Total International Conflict or TIC MOD is an updated Mod for International Conflict & Joint Operations. It's main purpose is for the International Conflict Tournament at www.icjo.info Anyone with Joint Operations Typhoon Rising and Escalation can play Total IC and participate in the tournament. IC conducts campaigns of 2 Army's consisting up to 100 members each doing battle over the course of a few months. IC Tournament was founded in 2004 and has been going strong ever since.
