Replacement versions fix these issues, while remaining otherwise identical. Exception is prp_table_01_fix which is alternative for prp_table_01 rather than replacement.
installation:

unzip the archive to folder "../Bioware/DragonAge/packages/core/override" which is typically located in "My Documents" folder.
to uninstall:
