This mod's main emphasis is on survival horror. The storyline is changed. The 'cheesy' aspects are removed. Many game mechanics are fixed and new ones are added. It uses Gary's mod as a base.

Fresh new sound effects and more dark areas,which means we get to use the flashlight more often(it was barely even needed in the original version).
NPC's are more susceptible to infection and medics can use adrenaline on those that are losing their ****.
