The States of North America is a mod that lets you play the individual provinces and "states" of Australia, Canada, and The United States of America.
Description
This free add-on splits up Canada and Australia. I decided not to add this to the main mod, in case someone doesn't want them split up. Thanks to Jared8Wally for suggesting the idea.

It's a patch, there's no need for a .mod file. If it was a new version, then there would be need for a .mod file.
