Yes we have finally made it! The SoulKeeper First Public Release is here, and is available for download already!
For the moment you can grab it from Nksgaming.com and as soon as we receive more mirrors, rest assured we will post them on our site.
We want to thank you all for your tremendous support and we want to thank ModDB for being the great site that it is and helping us spread the word to all of you.
Additionally I want to publicly thank NKS Gaming for sponsoring the SK official servers as well as for mirroring the file already.
Last and most certainly not least we want to announce the following: We re-opened our SK Online Community Site, which has been redesigned and will serve as a hub for our Online Community. You can register your clan or register yourselves as individuals, and you will be receiving monthly and detailed newsletters, will have access to official tournaments and contests with prizes, while you will also be able to recruit clan members, get together with other individuals and form new clans, and of course compete for the top SK clan spot. So we are really inviting everyone to register and are looking forward to building a solid community of gamers having fun above all else. Just as a bit of damage control some people are reporting that the mod doesn't launch correctly due to an incorrect shortcut. This is from the offical forums. Hope it helps.

but i have found the problem and its a simple one for all you who will get this
bassicaly the soulkeeper.exe dousent work becouse the linking is wrong to fix this go to
UT2004\SoulKeeperB\System
and look for a file called
Shortcut to UT2004.exe
right click and go to properties you should get this
G:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -mod=SoulKeeperB
G:\UT2004\System
G drive? i think not
bassicaly change this so it is pointed to your correct UNreal 2004 install area which will either by C:\ or D:\
so eg.
C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -mod=SoulKeeperB
C:\UT2004\System

guys. You can have the bestmod in the world, but if it's close to a gig COMPRESSED to download, you'd better have somebody doing size control or nobody is gonna bother DLing it.
