ITs fixed, the download should now work and the unzip has been made a little less complicated just do what you did before and everything should be ok, the problem was before that during the compression two key files were lost the ui file and the weapons file so please enjoy now they are back i have tested the download my self and it works perfectly so if it doens for you then contqact me at moleman2009@gmail.com and i will daiagnose your problem.
