Aperture Science is trying to get back on its feet again. Testing in the Enrichment Center has continued once more. But GLaDOS has had technical issues and leaves for maintenance. In the meantime, she is replaced by a mysterious experimental new machine called ROI (the Replacement Operating Intelligence). Chell was the known only human who survived GLaDOS and so she is forced to return to the Enrichment Center to test the new AI and his strange new chambers. What will she learn? Can she find a way to escape? Who is is this ROI and what is he doing?
