lol it does not really look that stealthy. it looks just like a normal ww2 plane!!
Stealth setting is a general one. In C&C 3 it could be changes by an .ini but in RA3 .inis don't work anymore. I'll research into making it looking more cloaked.
It's an already made Plane by EA. You just can't make it in Skirmish.
