The lab was bathed in aliens, creatures, and failed experiments. Scientist considered the creatures to be filth, as in. Pollution. The lab is now in a lockdown. With the fear of the creatures getting out. 15 years later, it is now 2015. You are playing the role of John Calhoun. (charcter bio in website) experiments, and creatures lurking in the lab. But will you survive? Or not.
