There is a truck/train/ship and a distil/warehouse/shop between these is a
part of city/docks/fields in which all the battling will take place

and it'll be like that mob 1 has to pick up the booze and deliver it to the
destination e.g. from the truck to the shop or from the distil to a ship or
something like that Mob 2 must prevent them from achieving their goal but
there will also be the police patrolling around and after like 5 minutes the
mob 1 must have as much alcohol in their truck/ship/train/shop as they can
if they cant get any they fail for every barrel alcohol saved they get money
next round it switches and mob 2 must get the booze the police ist only
there to bother the gangsters a bit but only npc and they just show up when
those 5 Minutes are up

Conquer the Block:

You have some kind of City map which is divided into like 3-4 Blocks. In
those Blocks there is a centre point, perhaps some kind of bank, police
station or some kind of important building or you could just use some Flag,
I would recommend the first idea because it seems more unique. The two mobs
must try to capture and hold these casual locations to score points. 1 or 2
points per 30 seconds, areas with more important buildings bank, police
station, local illegal distil get like 3-4 points per second. There are two
options of how it works, either you need to have the area occupied by one of
the mob members the whole time to score, or you need to only capture the
area once. The opponent mob must try to capture the points of Mob 1 but also
has to defend their captured points.

Bank robbery:

There is a Bank which is under protection by one mob because it pays
protection money(the money and points the mob gets after defending the bank
successfully). The other Mob must try to get into the banks safe room and
steal money out of the safe and getting back to the escape
car/truck/train/boat whatever. At least one Mobster must get to the truck
alive to succeed or alternative idea one of the mobsters bears the money
they stole and it can be dropped like the bomb in CS and another Mobster of
the assaulting team can pick it up and bring it to the escape vehicle.
