it's a long time ago that I took a look for my own game. ;)
Anyway, I saw that some people still play it. So I finally uploaded a new "skill.cfg" file to make
TCIS 2 much, much easier.
You can find it in the download section.
Moddb.com Just overwrite the existing file in the TCIS-folder.

PS: To play TCIS 2 with Steam just install the files into your "...\steamapps\common\Half-Life\tcis2" directory. It isn't a stand alone game so you NEED HalfLife to play it.
