Of course! wouldnt feel very real if we didn't XD but structures are quite complicated, so vehicles and troops first ;D

One thing to ask, can you still pick up weapons and ammo from the dead droids? So.. Can the Clones use Droid equipment just like anyone using anything in MoW?
The game's core is still Men of War, so yeah they can ;)
what you should do is make super battledroids and destroyers oh and add some like airstrikes from republic gunships! any reinforcements that are dropped off you should do bby gunship or droid dropship for CIS
