is where the mod can be downloaded, It includes all of the civilizations mentioned except the Byzantines. Once again you should also unzip all of the files into the folder where your Age of Empires III folder is located(not in my documents).

Note: it will completely replace your Age of Empires III game(not your homecities or saved data though) so if you want to play the original age of empires 3 game then its recommended that you copy and paste the age of empires III folder to somewhere else before unzipping the files.
