Lets you switch the attachments you have equipped on your tactical/active weapon. It doesn't do multiple weapons because I'm lazy, busy and made this in an hour or so.
Description
All the files. You'll need to overwrite icepick.framework's kb_act.lst for the keybinds to display properly. Just unzip the file in your mods folder and say "yes".

I literally never checked the comments, whoops.
A better name would probably be "attachment switcher", since it switches the attachments for weapons/tacticals - it's just that they're called mods in the code.
