Surgical Operation is a mod improve graph quality and sound effect of medal of honor:ailled assault, It will change your experience of the original game.
The only thing to point out is that the game uses 'render boxes'. If you use a model that is bigger that the render box you may see it blinking in/out of existence if you look away enough from said model.
So be carefull with the models you choose.

Thanks for your help. I want to ask you what software you use to make the remodel the head and body of a character. I used Light Ray3d to import the head model of a character but the model is chaotic
The head models do not use the regular animations(.skc).
Instead they use .morph files which moves the vertexes of the model instead of the bones to make the facial animations.
There aren't any tools for MOHAA that I know that can edit the .morph files.
We are stuck with the base head models for the time being :(
But in case you want to convert a head model without the face animations, use the dakhead.skd/skc (Afrika Korps head model/animation). The faces from the multiplayer models usualy don't move, so if you use a static head model there most people will not notice.
