Star Wars: Legacy of War is an expansion mod that will add extra units to the Rebels & Imperials and also add new maps and Heroes. As the game goes on, new faces will appear and new technology will be unlocked. It will add new factions to the Galactic Conflict of the game. The Camapign will be enhanced so you can fight from pre Ep IV Onwards. Including units seen during the New Republic. The Mod has had to be toned down from it's initial plans due to lack of staff with the required skillset to create the full scale of the mod.

In Single Player mode, the player will be able to traverse the entire Star Wars saga from Episode 5 onwards and fight some of the greatest battles of all time. The campaign will be enhanced and added onto also. As the game goes on, new faces will appear and new technology will be unlocked.

We recently have posted two large Updates on the Legacy of War site including a render of the Super Star Destroyer Executor shown below. We are currently texturing it and it is looking great.

On the site you'll find more renders of models we have done if you go down the page. They include the Carrack Cruiser, Shadow Droid, Galaxy Gun, TIE/D, B-Wing, B-Wing/E and more. Recently on our forum it has been asked just how many planets we’re planning to include. I can’t give a definite answer but I will say that it will be one hundred new planets. They will not all be in the first release but they will trickle in as we put up new versions of the mod.
