Quarzite was a planet composed of crystalline caves and with a surface that was strained by strong atmospheric pressure, with the ability to crush starships and flatten beings. During the Clone Wars, the planet was ruled by the tyrannical Belugan Otua Blank, who was involved in a battle with the natives on the planet, the Kage Warriors.

Features:
1. My models, effects, reticules and huds; hex edited sides;
2. Edited sides with new effects, reticules, huds, hex edition, and chargable weapon;
3. 5th weapon added;
4. 2nd, locals added;
5. decreased weapon impact effects sides added;
6. SWBF2/custom sound effects and new backgrouund music added;
7. New infantry, animation added;

Instalation:
1. Put the 009 folder in to your C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\AddOn folder
My map, as usualy, overload by effects, so, if you use slow PC, you have to use my "decreased effect sides": from my Decreased_Sides folder, put them, in to your C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\Data\_LVL_PC\SIDE folder, make backup first.
2. To play stock sides mission.lvl, back up it, and put the new one, from my folder named "stock_sides", in to your C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\AddOn\009\Data\_lvl_pc folder.

1. Muzzleflash effects become appear in random places. Not sure, but looks like this bug was added by SWBF creators.

The map itself is really interesting due to how it forces the close quarters combat. I also really like your conversion, the lighting adds to the atmosphere and I'm impressed by the file's small size. The only nitpick I might have which I also noticed in case of your other conversions, is that there's some sort of a localisation error which replaces the text in place of the spawn button and the pause menu options with something that looks like names of script files or something like that. Still, that's not a big deal and the map is awesome. Good job and I can't wait for Korriban! :D
This map is really cool! It's a nice refreshing change especially riding the top and making your way to the other end. I think the hero assault needs to be fixed (command posts can be conquered), but other than that, this mod is awesome.
Thank you for converting this map to BF2! I'm wondering if you have any plans to convert Sereja's Endor: Bright Tree Village or Sereja's Coronet Luxury Spaceliner in the future. Really appreciate your work as a resource for other modders
i noticed u have not released the battlefront 1 maps on here yet individually. if you can that would be amazing. know you are usually working on things but hey in marvel4's bf1 conversion witch works with republic commando mod only reason im using most his maps but his Rhen Var Harbor map the dingus put the tunnels entrance backwards the entrance to the side the rebels and cis come from should be replaced with the one from the other side with the empire and clones spawn. just a nit pick but always bothers me when i play that map tbh. specically cuz 90% of the battle usually takes place next to the cave entrance. ong stort short im looking for your rhen var harbor map by itself in hopes its better. Also random place to comment this but whatever.

Sereja is just an amazing mapper, I hadn't seen this map before and I fell in love with it, I've always enjoyed train maps in games.
Something that I really like about it is that you can go on top of the train as an alternative approach towards the central CP, the AI do it too! From there you can stick around and capture the CP or open the door and flank the enemy from behind; alternatively you can climb over the segment bridging the two halves of the train and head straight to the other side, to backcap the opposing team's CP. And if this wasn't enough train shenanigans, I noticed that you can approach the sides of the train from above to open the doors, and then jump in to surprise everyone in there, I had this cool action movie moment where I jumped in from outside the train and caught 5 enemies who were all turned around, it was fun.
