Is this not just a shipyard? I always thought the Warp 5 complex was a structure on Earth, a research centre for Warp technology. ;)
Yeah, there is no evidence that the Drydock was the complex.
but for the purpose of gameplay I'm assuming this will be needed to build NX-Class ships?
Nor is there evidence to contrary ;)
