STCR Installer file - Star Trek: Continuum Remastered mod for Homeworld: Remastered

Here is the November 2018 release of STCR packaged up in the ye-olde fashion required for those who have scorned Steam's version of Homeworld Remastered and instead gone with the GoG version of the game.
