The Pegasus Incident
This is a very basic Backstory for the X3-SGU - The Pegasus Incident.
Note this is a alternate reality and all of these have already happened before hand.
X3-SGU Backstory
Main Events:
-Not all Alterans fled Pegasus, Atlantis was thought to be destroyed.
-The Tau'ri doe's not kill Ra.-Alterans found within the Pegasus galaxy by a Asgard scout, the event was nicknamed The Pegasus Incident.
-The Alterans arival within the milkyway after Pegasus incident.
-Goa'uld power is underminded, Tok'ra grew in power.-The stargate program became public, Started to colonise the solar system.
-Asgard Cloning has been mastered thanks to the Alterans.
-Asgard began to repopulate.
-Asgard war with the replicators forced the asgard to flee to the milkyway.
-The alterans started to create Supergates connecting key planets/locations in the milkyway.-Supergate network complete.
-Replicator invasion into the milkyway.
-Goa'uld Regained power.
-Ori Foothold extablished within the milkyway after alteran mistake.
-Offical Alteran <-> Ori war started.
-Tau'ri and Alteran seek to find Atlantis if it still exists.
Other events:
-Tau'ri built a defence ring around earth thanks to the help of the Alterans, Nicknamed the torus.
-Tok'ra's power grew to match the Goa'uld.
-Free jaffa's power also matches the Goa'ulds.
Timeline:

4-The Alterans arival within the milkyway after Pegasus incident.

6-Tok'ra's power grew to match the Goa'uld.
7-Free jaffa rebelion began
8-Free jaffa's power also matches the Goa'ulds.
9-The stargate program became public, Started to colonise the solar system.
10-Tau'ri built a defence ring around earth thanks to the help of the Alterans, Nicknamed the torus.
11-Anubus was reborn.
12-Asgard Cloning has been mastered thanks to the Alterans.
13-Asgard began to repopulate.
14-Asgard war with the replicators forced the asgard to flee to the milkyway.
15-The alterans started to create Supergates connecting key planets/locations in the milkyway.
16-Supergate network complete.
17-Replicator invasion into the Milky-way.
18-Remaining System lords start to work together, Goa'uld Regained power.
19-Ori Foothold extablished within the milkyway after alteran mistake.
20-Official Alteran <-> Ori war started.
21-Tau'ri and Alteran seek to find Atlantis if it still exists to help fight the Ori Theat.
