Let me guess...uh???hum???yes!!!
YOU HAVE NOT TRY THE MOD...so you write only an opinion only watching the video,not the full video,let me guess,as much,1-2 mnts.
There are more than 3 effects in a lot of textures,sunmask,color correct,bricks,fire,smoke,blood,explosions,shadows.dds,lights.dds,etc.
Cloudy days are clearer than vanilla,you can see a lite bite more further with mod than Anomaly vanilla,suits looks pretty good too,weapons too...and weapons goes with more than 3 effects added...
There are NEW TEXTURES,for some bricks,walls,wood,some weapons and rookies,ecolog,scientist..
And i guess you referred to gamma adjust in video settings,no brightness...well,you can do some things with user.ltx to see a lite bite better than default Anomaly user.
Mod goes with user.ltx,you can download separately from Moddb.com.
And...I know, some comments are made without knowing what they are talking about.

Thank for your brightness correction,dude. It's not so defensively. You can not get the same with mod than with a brightness adjust,that´s all.

Yes,I think really is a little bit more scaring.
It could be funny adding horror sounds but i really prefer on-line monsters than environment sounds,just if monster is around you,you hear scary sounds.
Now i can not talk so much about Anomaly because i´m using this textures and effects with a special modification from my own,not so much but the way medics,food,drinks,etc afects you,stamina recovery,use time,etc.Weights from almost everything(weapons,suits,food,medics,ammo) are lowered,monsters and humans are walking around the entire zone,a few modifications when trading,you can give npcs items but they will hide them from inventory and will don´t trade with you,something with items that npcs are carring,every npc carry some food,drinks,repair items and ammo,you can find almost always the ammo they use with their guns,really it´s a trainer for not very good players but you can have some funny moments.

you can use this with mods adding animations,i don´t remember the name of animations mods,i tested one and works but i don´t remember the name,there are a few at least or maybe 3 or more,use in web search STALKER items animation,STALKER animation mod,STALKER drink,drugs and food animation...try something like that...make a copy of your actual gamedata and try if it works...you can use this texture mod with all STALKER series games and almost all mods...

It is a texture mod, some walls are changed and are not the same as in anomaly, there are new textures for some weapons and for some stalkers, the stalker rookies have a different appearance, the ecolog faction has a different appearance, the doctors in the bunkers have a different appearance, the clothes they wear are not the same as the normal ones in anomaly.
Some anomalies look different, also some artifacts.
All the textures, visual appearance of the game, have effects applied, the clarity of the light is different and some other things.
It doesn't change anything about the gameplay,although you may see some different movement like they don't shoot through the bushes, they sometimes use different paths, the animals move a little differently.
Download it and try it with the user who has the mod, change if you want the resolution from 1080 to a larger one and see for yourself, some things look much better... anyway... if you get bored, then try it, It's pretty good although you can see Kruglov in the bunker and the members of the ecolog faction...You can use the mod in almost all STALKER mods and in vanilla STALKER(1,2, and 3)

IT´S ONLY A VISUAL CHANGE...nothing more!!!
