The actions in this modification unfold in Italy, in the summer of 329 BC and end in the winter of 290 BC (the last move) 61 years later, after the burning of Rome by the Gauls, the eternal city on seven hills is again threatened by them. The Senate sends its troops to repel the attack and requests help from the noble patrician family of the Julii. And you, represented by the head of the Julius family, Gaius Julius, need to help Rome and prevent the invasion of the Gauls, and later establish control over the whole of Italy. Who knows: perhaps the great ambitions, courage and love of the common people will help you eventually become the emperor of Rome itself.
