The story takes place in 2010 when Yuri returns after he tried to defeat the Russian forces and Allied Force, but is now back to regain his power, and to destroy the enemy forces, he can't be stop. But, Russia and the allied forces did not know that Yuri is back and they started fighting among themselves. Yuri his teleport somewhere in Romania, Allied forces begin to suspect the return of Yuri, but Russians do not suspect this and continue the war. You Have New Weapons, New Graphics , New Campaign, New AI Tactics and New Story.

you know that GDI is more of a Yuri Color. You can reloror VOxal units with the scripts in Vxl selection editor.
i sense a little bit of unbalanced in the force.
what unbalance (TRY it and Before explain unbalance), next version will have a good balance
Balance is making sure one side dose not have too mach "Going for it".
