Your mission, if application is sucessful, is to rescue and secure varius sites and destroy all Alien installations around the moon, we'll supply you with powerful advanced tech, be aware that the Aliens have developed strike weapons similar to ours. Shadez 3 is a total conversion mod that brings the flash game Shadez 3 - The Moon Miners, the third game of the Shadez series, To Rusted Warfare, completaly changing view prespective to sideview, Two factions with there own strenghts and weaknesses, has similar building mechanism to C&C games, Upgrade system and various custom maps.
Disclamer: This mod is NOT intended to be played on vanilla maps, you will have problems like: buildings can't be built on land and air units can't be selected. Select the custom maps instead.

cant place any building on land, but water. all flying units arent controllable.

I guess the developers put this disclaimer on as a response to your comment as it deals with your exact problems, or maybe it was there all the time, i'm just discovering this mod right now so i can't really tell
