Level Designer
- One year with using hammer editor
- High degree of knowledge with Hammer editor and how it functions
- Both indoor and outdoor scenes
- How to optimize
- scripted sequences (scripting)
- Being able to model, and texture are a huge plus
Modeler (Weapon, Prop, or Character)
- One year with any modeling software
- High degree of knowledge with the software, and optimization
- How to UV models, and texture them
- Compiling into source with correct parameters
- Animating and baking normal maps is also a huge plus
Texture Artist
- Able to create textures by scratch, from photo
- Make textures tile
- Correct .vmt parameters
- Shaders (normal map, spec map, ect)
- Both level and model textures
Concept Artist
- Detail drawings of level concepts
- Can be either drawn on paper, or photo editing program
- Use of color pallet
- An imagination
Programmer
- Knowledge of Source Engine structure
- Past experience with C++
- Able to make simple to complex features
