This mod aims, what I hope, to be a freely-explorable environment based on the SCP Foundation. It will be based on the Portal 2 engine, as I believe that to be the perfect engine for the job both in function and resources.

Report RSS Bad news, I'm afraid...

Portal 2 doesn't have any Source code, so I'm going to have to start over using a different Source game's engine.

I'm afraid that the source code for Portal 2 isn't released yet, and probably won't ever be.

I'll probably have to start from scratch using Half Life 2's engine, as that's easier and has more support (i.e. dev wiki and general modders) but you never know. If anyone has any advice or recommendations, please let me know!
