Something still wrong with frames
What is it supposed to be, looks like a Marinized Protoss unit that has a gun that charges electricity to shock a small area of ground around the target.
walking motion is wrong. and dark templar doesn't have psionic appendages.
Fixing it, but it's not Dark Templar
It's the dark version of your Vanguard, the protoss with blue flame thrower
