"The hills rise wild..."

I'm sorry, but the quotes for this faction are just great. I can't help it... ;D

I don't know why but I always hated the look of Rhudaur units in vanilla game. They are part of Northern Kingdom after all they look too much barbarian to me. Maybe you will consider this as inspiration for them :

I think that in RotWK lore (lol I know right) the units in Angmar are Hillmen from Rhudaur, not actual Arnorians.

RotWK lore? Yeah....right. I've read better stories on the backs of cereal packagings in the supermarket.

I fully concur that making them look more like true northmen instead of hillbillymen would look a lot better and more believable, but since their ingame function is to be weak and feeble, form would not fit function if that change was made, and that I think is reason enough to not make the change.

Think of the Dark Dúnedain as the fallen of Rhudaur.

Visual change doesn't have to change their in game role. They can look cool and still be crap units I am ok with that.

The hillmen were just subjects of the Dunedain. They descend possibly from the Easterlings who in the First Age wandered towards Beleriand. They allied themselves secretly with the Witch-King.

Seen the picture and noticed that some of them have shield. Well if they don't go for the Hillmen at least the concept and most of the Helmets wil defenitely fit the Angmar Orcs redisign. Also will it be able to put variations in the base game, for example in Ultra High for Orcs, or it needs coding to do so and can't and won't be done for the HD edition ?

We can only replace what is there, not create additional variations.
