On July 24th 1998, Freak cannibal incidents were being reported by the locals in the Arklay Mountains.The Raccoon City Police Department's S.T.A.R.S. team were sent in to investigate.The team descovered that the incident was cause by a substance called the T-Virus,and the mansion that they were investigating in was a secret research faciliy owned by the pharacutical company called Umbrella.After narrowly escaping the Mansion.The surviving S.T.A.R.S. members reported their investigations to the R.P.D. and to the media,but were criticized and ignored. Two Monthes Later, No one would imagine what the horrors were about to occur in Raccoon City.
