Um, isn't the Prism Tank already a tier 3 artillery? I'd suggest you make this one a weaker tier 2 artillery at least. Or are you giving the Prism Tank a new purpose?

Since America and Korea has Centurion and Archer as Tier 3 Heavy bombardment Artillery that France and Germany lack. This Scourge is a good way for heavy bombardment artillery, also captured Allied Tech.
