About Red Faction: "Red Faction takes place on Mars in the 22nd century. The player controls a miner named Parker who helps lead a rebellion against the Ultor Corporation. The premiere feature of the game is its "Geo-Mod" technology, short for "geometry modification", which allowed the player to destroy certain sections of the scenery in the game. For example, instead of opening a door, a player could blast through the rock surrounding the door. (wiki)" Now I want to bring back red faction with better and more detailed graphics by using the source engine, any information regarding destructible environments would be helpful. also, the mod will be based on the multi player side of the game if you haven't noticed, single player may be considered

Hello everybody, I would first like to say the mod is still active, even thought it looks a little quiet we are still doing bits and pieces here and the, and as some of you may know, the website is a complete mess, but the shiny new site will be up soon, once it is we will be able to really start working

Hello everybody, I would first like to say the mod is still active, even thought it looks a little quiet we are still doing bits and pieces here and the, and as some of you may know, the website is a complete mess, but the shiny new site will be up soon, once it is we will be able to really start working hard on putting everything together for a beta (of course that will be some time from now). Also you may have noticed that a few images have been removed, the reason being, most were "work in progress" images, what you see now are completed pieces of work, i will be sure to do a media update soon but for now heres a walk-through of the completed warlords map... enjoy

(its in a different language because our mapper is from belgium, he speak pretty good english... the point is the video is still there.
