Operation Vietnam is about the Vietnam army discovering that the soviets have constructed a time machine and some of there leaders persuade Premier Chedenko to "lend" the time machine and troops so they can stop the americans from taking over vietnam but allies found this out and realised that they must go back and help the americans to stop the space-time continuim being changed the allies act fast and construct their own time machine. The leaders from the allies and soviets go bac in time so Rising Sun Decide to attack. We need any red alert 3 modders from codders to mappers please

Will the Empire of the Rising Sun and China be in any of the missions? Also on Mission 4 it does not say an enemy.
