Description
With removal of Large Nuke Reactor, Soviets now gets this Propaganda Towers as Counterpart of Gap Generator and Psychic Tower. They incrases Speed of units in 8 cell by 20%, Firepower by %80 and Armor by %10.

Firepower by 80 PERCENT!!! I think that would be OP. Perhaps 40% would be better
When compared by Psychic Tower and Gap Generator, This is balanced enough. This is a defence building, if it would be a mobile unit that u can use at enemy base, i could say 80% is OP.
