So, is this the finale of CotP? If so, will you develope more campaign missions after this?

Yes this is CotP Finale. I'll start to make GLA Conflict Soviet Campaign missions after that in 2.9.x. But as i stated in Twitter, i need to edit CotP maps to add GLA Repair Drone and an Unused Flak Drone. Flak Drone was added with no purpose but looks like fitting here as Order has no AA unit except Chitkoi's Sonic Attack.
