Did you scale the pilot to the controls (if any)? If not, he looks to small. I'd say he needs to be doubled or tripled in size.

I wasn't sure how I wanted to do this. If I had made him any larger, he'd be hard to see if your in camera mode, though I probably should scale him up.

It looks sick!
The thing is that it might be too high poly :/
Imagine it like: 2 k Main Hull + 2 K Shadow + ~800 Mesh collision(optimized) ~ 4.8K

Do you use the cockpit for Land combat ? For Land it would be okay to have a higher polycount as you wont have like 50 Ties on the ground but
for Space it might be too much :(

Well, I've got no shadow mesh, and the collision is just a box on the tie, so that leaves some leeway. And again, like I said in the description, the cockpit and pilot aren't all that high poly.

I think you should make the pilot bigger or the TIE smaller, because the cockpit is a bit small

I am in favor of keeping the pilot and the cockpit, and I like your idea of using both the Trade Federation skin and the CIS skin for the HAG unit.

Since the Trade Federation was part of the CIS, it makes sense that at some point in time, TF units would sport the CIS colors.

Description

1st, following up on some of the Battlefront items, is the HAG. Now I have a CIS themed skin (Shown in the upload), and a Trade Federation themed skin (Here: S44.photobucket.com ). What I'd like to know is either,

a.Use the CIS skin
b.Use the Trade Federation skin
c.Use the Trade Federation skin for the first tech level it's unlocked, then switch to the CIS skin

Next, I decided to try something new with the TIE fighter. After seeing Nkorn's new TIE Fighter from his mod Rise of Hope, I had asked him for the DICE TIE Fighter he used to modify his YVaW TIE. In the package he gave me was the TIE mesh, but I was intrigued to see a cockpit mesh. So naturally I decided to see what I could do with it, and I managed to kitbash the TIE Fighter seen in the uploaded image. Now, what I'd like to know here is to either,

a. Use the new TIE with the visible pilot
b. Remove the pilot, and cockpit.

Just something I'd like to mention, the cockpit and pilot aren't all that high in poly. So by no means will it affect performance.
