StartingRandomEventChance is the base chance of an event happening, and what the RandomEventChance will reset to once an Event happens
RandomEventChanceIncrease is how much the chance will increase every time an Event does not happen
RandomEventChance is the current chance of an event happening
EventList is the list of Events the mutator will choose from
EventName is the name of the Event, EventMessage is what the "RANDOM EVENT:" text will tell players in game, and the MutatorList is which Mutators will be loaded
Example: EventList=(EventName="RandomLights",EventMessage="Rainbow Lights!",MutatorList=("WolfCoop.wHolidayLightsMut"))
ConfirmedMapEvents are Events that will happen everytime that specific map is loaded
MapName is the map's file name, and EventName is the name of the Event in the EventList
LastMap is the map that the server was last on, this is used to make sure the event isn't lost in the case of a map reload
SaveEvent is the number of the last Event chosen, in case LastMap is loaded
