I just recently started making a modification, and this is my first mod. Basis for mod was the source code RA3 Upheaval created by Bibber. This mod brings a significant change in the balance, and adds some new units. I'm very bad speak English and you can do something does not understand, I hope this does not happen. Important note: for the mod to work correctly, you must run "model detail" at least at high for the mod to work,it worked even if you put other options at low. However, I would recommend play with maximum graphics settings.

Allied epic unit. Can heal nearby units, has 5 fighters, at long range attacks as an aircraft carrier, at short range attack as a future tank.
Fairly cheap, To really pull it off you need to make a new model for it, but excellent idea and execution!!

TheGunRun did the same thing, he put a flying Aircraft Carrier in Red Cocain. This one might be better, however that Blackout Missile might be a bit over the top...
