I just recently started making a modification, and this is my first mod. Basis for mod was the source code RA3 Upheaval created by Bibber. This mod brings a significant change in the balance, and adds some new units. I'm very bad speak English and you can do something does not understand, I hope this does not happen. Important note: for the mod to work correctly, you must run "model detail" at least at high for the mod to work,it worked even if you put other options at low. However, I would recommend play with maximum graphics settings.
Description
New version 4.5 is available. As before, this version contains many bug fixes and balance changes. Also, the new version includes all the developments shown in the video and pictures for the mod at the time the current version was released. I hope you will like it.

hi can we change epic war PVE maps to be easier pls, literally not possible to survive some of them if 17 kirovs constantly attacking base from every direction
My friends when playing PvE maps said that it was too easy.
This Mod is Great. But I still waiting a Removed units like Magnetar, Shogun Air Cruisher & War Mammoth being added against, since they being removed at version 3.4
